Recruiting Process

LS conducts regular and occasional recruiting process to secure talents with global capability.
  1. Selection of candidates by examining resumes and cover letters
    Evaluate credentials/resume meet job requirements.
    Qualified candidates are informed of next steps beginning with a talent assessment.
  2. Applicant talent assessment
    Conduct a personality and aptitude test to evaluate basic task performance and how candidates correspond to the core values of LS.
  3. First-round interview
    Interview with the team manager of the team to which each candidate applied.
  4. Second-round interview
    Interview with the top management executives to evaluate whether candidates correspond to the values and corporate culture of LS.
